 Commission Terms & Conditions

Commissioning a custom artwork from Naeema Nilufa Art is a collaborative and personal journey. To honour the time, care, and intention that goes into each piece, the following terms apply:

1. Booking & Deposit

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission.

  • This deposit confirms your place in the queue and covers the initial planning and design work.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before delivery or pickup.

2. Creative Process & Communication

  • Commissions are created in Naeema’s signature style, with space for your personal inspiration.

  • You’ll be invited to share your vision, colour palette, meaningful verses, or any special requests.

  • One round of design confirmation is included before painting begins. Once work has started, major changes may not be possible.

3. Timeframes

  • Completion times will be shared before confirming your booking. Please allow 4–8 weeks, depending on the queue and complexity.

  • Any delays or updates will be communicated with transparency.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

  • If cancelled after the painting has begun, no refunds will be issued.

  • In the rare case that Naeema is unable to complete the piece, a full refund will be offered.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Shipping costs will be confirmed once size and destination are finalised.

  • Each piece is carefully packaged, but Naeema Nilufa Art is not responsible for courier delays or damages.

6. Copyright & Trademark

  • All commissioned works remain the intellectual property of Naeema Nilufa Art, protected under copyright law.

  • While the physical painting belongs to you, the design and concept may not be reproduced, edited, resold, or distributed without written permission.

  • Paint & Chai™ is a registered trademark of Naeema Nilufa Art. It may not be used or referenced in any event, commercial content, or promotional material without prior consent.

7. Respecting the Process

  • Each piece is created with faith, care, and deep intention. By commissioning a work, you are supporting a sacred creative process that holds both spiritual and emotional value.

By booking a commission, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to these terms.
