Attending any workshop hosted by Naeema Nilufa Art — including Paint & Chai™, Paint & Juice, or Calligraphy sessions — means you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings

• All workshop bookings are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for goods or services.

2. Cancellations by the Artist

• If the artist is unavailable and the workshop is cancelled, you’ll be offered either:
  a. A full refund of your ticket, or
  b. A credit to use toward a future workshop.

3. Rescheduling

• Workshop credit is valid for one rescheduled workshop only.
  If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled session, the credit will no longer be valid.

4. General Cancellations

• Workshops may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or low bookings.
  We’ll always do our best to notify you via email or through the website.

5. Materials

• All necessary materials will be provided unless otherwise stated in the workshop description.

6. Timing & Attendance

• Please arrive on time. Workshops begin promptly, and late arrivals may miss important parts of the session. No refunds or partial credits will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.

7. No-Show Policy

• If you do not attend and haven’t contacted us beforehand, your booking will be forfeited.

8. Age Requirements

• Workshops are designed for participants aged 16 and over, unless otherwise specified.

9. Photography & Media

• Photos and videos may be taken during workshops for use on social media, website, and promotional material. Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to be photographed.

10. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• All workshop content — including demonstrations, techniques, and printed materials — is the intellectual property of Naeema Nilufa Art and is protected by copyright law.

• Content may not be reproduced, recorded, shared, or used for teaching without written permission.

11. Trademarks

• Paint & Chai™ is a registered trademark of Naeema Nilufa Art. It may not be used, reproduced, or referenced in any commercial or public setting without prior written approval. This includes use in workshop names, event promotions, or any form of branding.

12. Accessibility

• If you have specific accessibility needs, we encourage you to reach out before the workshop so we can do our best to accommodate you.

 Commission Terms & Conditions

Commissioning a custom artwork from Naeema Nilufa Art is a collaborative and personal journey. To honour the time, care, and intention that goes into each piece, the following terms apply:

1. Booking & Deposit

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission.

• This deposit confirms your place in the queue and covers the initial planning and design work.

• The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before delivery or pickup.

2. Creative Process & Communication

• Commissions are created in Naeema’s signature style, with space for your personal inspiration.

• You’ll be invited to share your vision, colour palette, meaningful verses, or any special requests.

• One round of design confirmation is included before painting begins. Once work has started, major changes may not be possible.

3. Timeframes

• Completion times will be shared before confirming your booking. Please allow 4–8 weeks, depending on the queue and complexity.

• Any delays or updates will be communicated with transparency.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

• If cancelled after the painting has begun, no refunds will be issued.

• In the rare case that Naeema is unable to complete the piece, a full refund will be offered.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Shipping costs will be confirmed once size and destination are finalised.

• Each piece is carefully packaged, but Naeema Nilufa Art is not responsible for courier delays or damages.

• All commissioned works remain the intellectual property of Naeema Nilufa Art, protected under copyright law.

• While the physical painting belongs to you, the design and concept may not be reproduced, edited, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Artwork & Commissions

Q: Are all your artworks original?
Yes — every original piece is hand-painted by me. Once it’s sold, it won’t be restocked, but you’re welcome to inquire about a custom piece inspired by one you love.

Q: Can I commission a custom painting with a specific verse or theme?
Absolutely. I love co-creating pieces that hold deep personal meaning. Let’s talk about your vision and heart behind the piece.

Q: How much do commissions cost?
Pricing depends on size, level of detail, and timeline. I offer flexible options, and payment plans are available.

Q: How long does a commission take?
On average, 3–6 weeks. This may vary depending on workload and drying time. I’ll keep you updated at each step.

Q: Do I need to have painting experience to attend a workshop?
Not at all. My workshops are created for all experience levels — especially beginners who are open and curious.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide with love and care. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Q: How are the paintings packaged?
All pieces are packaged securely using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

Q: What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue gently and fairly.
