Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that there may be potential delays due to COVID, high volume of orders, or postal service problems outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free urban shipping within Auckland* and $10 flat rate shipping within New Zealand.
Please note: custom paintings can be couriered either rolled in a tube or stretched. However, stretched canvases are not eligible for $10 flat rate shipping. Please get in touch for accurate shipping prices for this.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders within Auckland within a 15km radius of our store.
Auckland (urban) delivery is $6.00. For Auckland (rural) and National-wide delivery there is a $10.00 shipping charge for packages and $2.00 charge for bookmarks. National shipping is free within New Zealand for orders over $100.00.
Deliveries are made from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday- Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [Mangere, Auckland or Flat Bush, Auckland]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 am - 4:00pm on Monday to Friday. For weekend pick ups please get in touch. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada and USA.
Please note: We are able to ship to countries outside of these regions however international shipping prices are calculated at checkout. For countries outside of these regions please get in touch regarding shipping information.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Naeema Nilufa Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at naeemanilufa@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We understand that sometimes items get damaged during transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at naeemanilufa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
